BEA WILSON (Chair) & SHANNON TRAYLOR (Co-Chair)

Creates and manages all PTO merchandise, including design, ordering, and distribution. Most work is done remotely, with in‑person support needed at key events like Open House and Family Focus nights.

LARONA BURNS (Chair)

Coordinates volunteers for morning drop‑off to ensure students exit cars safely and enter the building smoothly. The chair recruits and schedules six volunteers daily and manages substitutes throughout the year.

KIM PERRIOT (Chair) & MONICA WOLLAK (Co-Chair)

Organizes the annual Spring Dance from start to finish. Handles planning, budgeting, sponsorships, vendor hiring, theme, invitations, ticket sales, and advertisements. Coordinates setup, cleanup, and volunteers on the day of the event.

MANDY HOVIS (Chair) & MONIKA BENKOWSKI (Co-Chair)

Organizes major schoolwide family events including the Fall Festival, Spring Carnival, BINGO and more. Drives brainstorming, planning, vendor coordination and event execution for events throughout the year.

ASHLEY WITHERSPOON (Chair) & JILLIAN WERDER (Co-Chair)

Organizes the annual Fifth Grade EOY celebration from start to finish. Handles planning, budgeting, theme, invitations, fundraising and more. Coordinates setup, cleanup and volunteers on the day of the event.

LISA WOLFF (Chair) MEREDITH MCCALL (Co-Chair)

Leads planning and execution of the Fun Run, one of the PTO’s largest fundraisers. Oversees prizes, t‑shirts, donations, classroom visits, and schoolwide promotion, with the busiest period in the fall.

KAYLEIGH WRIGHT (Chair)

Builds partnerships with local businesses to host giveback nights and fundraising events. Schedules events, promotes them to families, and tracks donations while working closely with the PTO Board.

EMMA HOLSTON (Chair)

Researches and applies for grants that can support the school and subsidize PTO revenue. Can be done entirely from home on a flexible schedule.

KATRINA LINDSEY (Chair)

Maintains the school’s outdoor spaces through projects like weeding, mulching, planting and playground upkeep year round. Coordinates major cleanup events in the fall and spring and supports ongoing beautification efforts.

LISA WOLFF (Chair)

Shows appreciations for teachers and staff through luncheons, treats and special events. Year-long role with high demand during holidays and events like Teacher Appreciation Week.

JILLIAN WERDER (Chair)

Promotes PTO membership and manages enrollment, with the busiest period at the start of the school year. Responsible for coordinating PTO presence at Open House and K Testing. Heaviest workload before and during the first month of school. Mostly done from home.

MARY REPKO (Chair)

Pairs students with community volunteers to provide friendship and support at school.

MONIKA BENKOWSKI (Chair), MALLORY PLANCK (Co-Chair) & LISA WOLFF (Co-Chair)

Plans fundraising events designed specifically for parents, such as the annual Golf Tournament and Parents’ Night Out. Coordinates logistics, promotion and event execution.

KATRINA LINDSEY (Chair), JENNIFER LOFTIN (Co-Chair) & LINDSAY FRATES (Co-Chair)

Creates a fun holiday shopping experience where students get to buy affordable gifts for loved ones. Responsibilities include sourcing items, collecting wrapping supplies, and assisting students during Holiday Shop Week in December.

HALEY HANSEN (Chair)

Manages the school store operations, including inventory, sales and student participation.

MALLORY PLANCK (Chair)

Sets up and monitors the sign-up for the school Spirit Rocks at the start of and throughout the year.

AMY BURNS (Chair)

Maintains the PTO website to ensure information is accurate, current and engaging for familes and staff. Supports communication by keeping events, updates and resources accessible.
